Full payment previous celebration of the course is required for all the courses provided by House of Protocol. This is the only way to book a place.

The course will not go ahead until full payment has been received.

 

For early-bird discounted rate, payment must be received within 10 working days after sending the application form. Failure to pay within the 10 days will result in the full course price being charged.

 

Cancellation fees: up to 20 working days prior to the engagement: 75%, 72 hours prior: 100%.

 

In the unlikely event that a course with a stated minimum numbers of attendees not meet the target then House of Protocol reserves the right to cancel the course. A full refund will be offered to fully enrolled students within ten working days. House of Protocol cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by students due to a postponement or cancellation of a course.

 

Any costs incurred through damage or breakage to any venues, properties, belongings or equipment owned or sourced by House of Protocol or affiliated companies will be covered by the responsible party.

 

As our courses take place in the most prestigious hotels, formal dress code is required. We will send information on dress codes (together with all other relevant information about the course) upon receipt of payment.

Video or audio recording of any class given by House of Protocol is prohibited.

The reproduction or distribution of any notes or materials is strictly prohibited.

House of Protocol reserves the right to postpone any training due to ill health or any other unforeseen occurrence.
